Collaboratives

Spearheaded by the Avon Maitland District School Board, the Huron Perth Catholic District School Board and the Foundation for Education, the Real Deal on Skilled Trades is an annual event where parents/guardians and their daughters get a better understanding of a potential career in the trades.

Attendees interact with mentors and exhibitors, take in authentic success stories from women in the trades and enjoy a meal in the company of friends.

This year’s event took place after the Interactive Career Day on November 13, 2019, from 4 pm – 7 pm at the Stratford Rotary Complex.

Are you community partner?
